Operating authority
Your CVOR or NSC certificate (Canadian carriers), or your active operating authority for U.S. carriers.
Insurance certificate
A current certificate of insurance.
Broker-carrier agreement
A signed Bramalea Freight Group broker-carrier agreement. We send it to you to sign.
W-9 or GST/HST
A W-9 for U.S. carriers, or your GST/HST number for Canadian carriers.
Banking information
Banking details so we can set up payment for completed loads.
